A different way of having lot’s of FUN!

We are created as whole. Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. When we find the balance
and harmony between these four parts of ourselves we connect to who we really are. When our mind and
body are connected we can achieve our creativity to it’s full potential.
The way we think influences the way we feel. The way we feel influences our moods. Our moods influence
the way we see ourselves. The way we see ourselves influences the way the world sees us.
Identifying the different aspects of our personality (or different “bodies”) is essential when being creative.

Discovering the root of every emotion, for example: why do we get angry? What’s anger? How do we
express anger?… By finding the answer to these questions an actor can really identify himself with the
emotion and give a true performance. When we are angry, what happens to our body language?
You can only be true to what is inside of you and that knowledge can only be found through inner search.
When writing a script, which actions trigger what emotions? For example, anger is an expression of hurt,
so for someone to be angry, as a writer, we need to make sure that our character has a reason for being
hurt. Why do we feel hurt in the first place? Is it because of insecurity, the need for control, preconceiving
ideas…?
How do we want to express that anger?: Passive aggressive?, Violent?, Bitterness?…

Most of the time we take for granted the relationship between our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Learning
about the different ways of “thinking” will bring us to understand “feelings” and “actions”.

The physical body is what we see and can touch. The feet, the arms, the nose, the lips…
Sometimes we mistreat our bodies by not having a healthy diet, by abusing drugs and alcohol by
physically hurting our bodies or letting other people abuse them.
Our bodies have their own language. They can tell many things about us, the way we dress, the way we sit,
the way we walk, the way we talk, the way we approach other people… there’s an endless list.
Diet and exercise are the main factors for having a healthy body.
If we observe people around us we can collect essential information about them. Studying the physical
body will give us information about their state of mind, insecurities, habits…

The mental body holds knowledge. When we come to this world we don’t arrive with an empty box called
“brain”. As the years go by we fed our intellects with maths and grammar.
By listening to people’s ideas and thoughts we can determine their culture, whether they are pessimist or
optimistic…

The emotional body holds feelings. Sometimes we disconnect ourselves from the way we feel about
people, things, or ourselves. Learning to identify when we are angry, happy, depressed, lonely, stressed,
afraid…

The spiritual body holds the essences of our souls.

Another important factors are “circumstances”, “background”, “childhood”, “society”

Through different techniques we can unfold the mysteries of ourselves and be creative.

What does creativity mean to you?
Think of something creative. Do it now!
Well, what did you think about?
- Draw something?
- Choreograph a dance?
- Idea for making extra cash?

The point is that creativity is different for each of us, and we can use what it means to us in very
different ways.
Creativity is not just about coming up with new and original thought. It might involve adopting old ideas
but for a new purpose – or finding a new solution to an old puzzle
