| This is a follow on course from the original Chakra workshop course. In this powerful day of looking within yourself we will look at the higher and minor Chakra of the human body to see how they affect us in our every day lives. We will work through different meditations, healing exercises and group exercises to clear all of the current blocks within our Chakra system. This course will ensure that you leave with a full understanding of your own Chakra system and how to understand when your body becomes out of balance. |
